Notices for submission of photos:

• We accept only original photos. By submitting photos for the photo of the week you are declaring that these photos were taken by you or you have the legal authority to submit photos for another photography. Please send written authorization from the photographer when submitting works other than your own.
• Video will be accepted as photo of the week. Please include a snapshot from a highlight point in the video. Videos should not exceed 200K in size and submitted in mpeg, wmv, or ram formats.
• Include any information that will help us identify the date and event of image.
• It is your responsibility to ensure proper model releases of any identified individuals.
• We reserve the right to alter any photo including cropping, resizing, and/or image manipulation. A jpeg image format works best for photographs.
• You are granting us unrestricted copyright use of the photos for publicity including reproduction rights on this web site or printed promotion materials.
• We reserve the right to publish the works with, or without, notice of contribution.
• We are not responsible for any misrepresentation of the photos, intentional or unintentional.
• You agree to hold harmless any licensees, assignees and contractors in any action arising out of facts which constitute a breach of the representations and warranties and hold them harmless for any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, charges and expenses.
• We are not responsible for lost images or failure of electronic communications.
• Please send a copy of printed photos. We are not responsible for lost or damaged printed photos. Please submit in sizes 4X6 inches or larger. We can not return original artwork.
